Abdulmohsen Alhokair

Mr. Abdulmohsen Alhokair is a co-founder of Ezdihar Holding and Chief Executive Officer of Ezdihar Real Estate Development. He brings a decade of extensive experience in private equity, investment banking and real estate development to the group. Abdulmohsen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University plus a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Abdulmohsen is instrumental in driving the company’s strategic direction, land and asset acquisitions, design language, market presence and guiding Ezdihar’s customer centric focus on the delivery of quality real estate outcomes. His broad experience in academia and the property industry provides global connections within one of the vital, emerging growth engines of the Kingdom’s economy – professional real estate development.
