Ezdihar for Real Estate Development company announced that it signed a financing agreement with several Saudi banks to facilitate the ownership of the housing units in its new Garden Residence project in Riyadh’s Hittin neighborhood.
The agreement is part of a strategic partnership to construct residential projects at competitive prices and high quality, to meet the goals of the housing program, which is part of the 2030 vision to increase household ownership, said Abdul Mohsen Bin Fawaz al-Hokair, CEO of Ezdihar.
Al Hokair noted that the Garden Residence project signals the first step in building housing aimed at creating integrated communities in line with the Quality-of-Life Program 2030, and supporting the direction of various housing plans. He pointed out the sale of units in the project is ongoing, and the number of units sold off-plan reached 60% of the 256 housing units included in the project, emphasizing that Ezdihar obtained an off-plan license for marketing and sales of properties (Wafi), to begin receiving customers in the sales office located on Imam Saud bin Faisal Street in Hittin neighborhood, north of Riyadh.
Al-Hokair added that the company is working on securing various partnerships for the benefit of its customers, to build vibrant communities with the highest standards of living that respect the maximum standards of quality.
